The driver got out and hit the side of the truck several times with a baseball bat. Then he got back into the truck and drove on. In the next 50 miles he did this 5 more times. I couldn't take it any longer so the next time he stopped I pulled in behind him and asked why he hit his truck every 10 miles. He said he had 20,000 pounds of canaries in a 10,000 pound capacity truck, and he had to keep half of them flying.
