Three golfers were making their way casually to the golf course whilst waiting for a fourth to join them. By way of conversation, the first golfer said "My son is a builder and is doing so well he built his best friend a large house and gave it to him for free!"

The second golfer piped up and said "My son's a second hand car dealer and is doing so well he gave his best friend a brand new Mercedes and a Jaguar."

Not to be outdone, the third golfer added "My son's a stockbroker and he gave his best friend a thousand shares in 25 different companies."

By this time the fourth golfer had joined them. One of the others told him of the conversation and inquired about his son "Oh, I'm not sure what he does. But he's gay and I know he's very popular with his friends. He's been given a house, two cars and a whole portfolio of shares!"
